The teacher as a change agent - international course

WHY THIS? WHY NOW?

Education used to be “about teaching people something” but has evolved to “making sure that individuals develop a reliable compass and the navigation skills to find their own way through an increasingly uncertain, volatile and ambiguous world” (OECD report,2015).

Schools need to prepare students for a fast pace changing world, for jobs yet to be created, technologies to be invented, and problems yet to be solved.

Change cannot happen with only individuals, but within teams that collaborate and learn together. Change happens within a work culture that needs to be discussed, together with the individual skills to carry that change.

Join the over 200 teachers that have already gone through a practical exploration of the teacher`s role as a change agent, not only of his/her own practice, but one empowered to build change teams towards a personalised, informal and collaborative vision of education .
